This project was completed for a small retail plaza, where durability, functionality, and clean aesthetics were key priorities.

We began by removing the existing flooring material to properly prepare the surface for new installation. The primary flooring throughout the main areas was VCT tile, installed across approximately 8,000 square feet.

At the client’s request, we created a custom tile pattern using contrasting square inlays, adding visual interest while maintaining a professional, commercial look. Precise layout and alignment were essential to ensure consistency across large open spaces and corridors.

Another important element of the project was the installation of rubber base molding throughout the entire perimeter. Working around multiple doorways, corners, and wall transitions required accuracy and attention to detail to achieve a clean, finished appearance.

In addition to VCT flooring, laminate and tile flooring were installed in select areas to accommodate different functional needs within the space.
For individual rooms and offices, we installed carpet tile, allowing for durability, easy maintenance, and flexibility for future replacements — a practical solution for high-traffic commercial environments.

The result is a cohesive, well-executed commercial flooring project designed to support daily use while meeting the client’s design and performance expectations.
