This project involved the installation of LVT (Luxury Vinyl Tile) flooring throughout approximately 950 square feet. LVT was selected for its durability, stability, and clean, modern appearance — making it a practical solution for everyday living spaces.

As part of the flooring scope, we installed new Coronado 4-1/4″ baseboards, giving the space a finished and updated look. Careful attention was paid to corners, transitions, and wall alignment to ensure clean, consistent detailing throughout the home.

In addition to the flooring, the project included a kitchen backsplash tile installation. Integrating this work into the overall scope required precise planning to align finishes, maintain clean lines, and create a cohesive visual upgrade to the kitchen area.
